2. A 16 oz Coca-Cola is 250 calories. Cut one of Coca-Cola a day and cut out two and a half times the suggested reduction of calories.

3. When you replace a plain donut for a jelly donut to cut 120 calories. Do you think you do better by choosing the lighter croissant? Think again. A croissant has calories like a jelly donut – 289 calories.

4. Salads are an important for any diet, but often the sauce is not. A packet of French dressing has 160 calories.

5. Consume fewer beer. No need to go in the car, but we know that every 12 ounces of beer, even a light beer, with an average of 100 calories.
